It is a small, typically adorable version of a character from the series that can be attached to keys, bags, or displayed as a decoration. These mini mascots are often made of soft materials such as plush or rubber, making them a fun and tactile way to show off one's love for Naruto. The main idea behind the Naruto mini mascot is to provide fans with a small, portable piece of merchandise that allows them to display their fandom wherever they go. These mini mascots often feature well-known characters such as Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno, as well as other popular characters and creatures from the series. They are typically designed in a cute and chibi style, with exaggerated features and a small size that adds to their charm.

Orlando Basketball Fans Know, It’s That Time Of Year To Get Excited About 'Stuff'

What better way to start the 2018-2019 NBA season than with our all-time favorite mascot?

Oct 10, 2018 Facebook/ Orlando Magic

The National Basketball Association's 2018-2019 season has arrived and our hometown team, The Orlando Magic, commences their first preseason HOME game against Flamengo Brazil on Friday, October 5, 2018. The Flamengo Brazil game will be the first game where hometown fans will have the opportunity to engage with the beloved team Mascot, Orlando Magic's very own Stuff The Magic Dragon.

Reveled as one of the most favored Mascots in NBA, the famous dragon's debut was born the opening year of the franchise (1989-1990 season) introduced as a colossal egg, hatching right on Church Street, acquiring his name from a take of the once famous song "Puff The Magic Dragon."

An integral part of the team since birth, the neon green dragon with a blue and pink mane and stars on his head has won the hearts of many for decades, as the Orlando Magic celebrates its 30th anniversary this year (2018). During seasons where the Orlando Magic moves forward into the playoffs, the magical dragon's fur changes to a light shade of blue from neon green to commemorate the spirit of the Magic's Playoff Ventures.

Stuff's momentum gained increasing popularity when he was featured on The Tonight Show (Starring Jimmy Fallon) featuring a dual dance-off between #HashTag the Panda (Tonight Show Mascot) and the Magic's very own Stuff. The eccentric dragon was also featured on TMZ and the NBA All Star Game Verizon Slam Dunk contest in 2016, assisting player Aaron Gordon. The NBA Mascot Conference Mascot of the Year Award has been ceremoniously awarded to Stuff, at record to date, two consecutive years, both in 2016 and 2017.

Each year the Magic hosts the "Celebrity Mascot Games," Olympic Style Competitive Games, raising awareness for the Non-Profit Organization, "New Hope For Kids." Annually since 1992, (minus a 2013 hiatus) the games usher mascots from all over the United States to participate in the festive delights of friendly and colorful mascot competition.

The Magical Dragon is a party animal is his own right, as the Orlando Magic hosts a birthday party in Stuff's honor every year, invitations sent out to 4-5 mascots annually, providing opportunities for meet and greets, specialized mascot dunk shows and birthday celebrations, all for the love of entertaining Orlando's best fans.

When Stuff isn't hanging out in his dragon lair or on the court supporting our home team, you can find him on the Promenade Deck of the Amway Arena, in his very own play area known as "Stuff's Magic Castle," a children's play area to entertain even the youngest of Magic Fans.

As a new member of the Orlando Magic's Fan Ambassador Team, I am honored to work side by side with the ever so awesome Magical "Stuff."

About the Orlando Magic

Orlando's NBA franchise since 1989, the Magic's mission is to be world champions on and off the court, delivering legendary moments every step of the way. Under the DeVos family’s ownership, the Magic have seen great success in a relatively short history, winning six division championships (1995, 1996, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2019) with seven 50-plus win seasons and capturing the Eastern Conference title in 1995 and 2009. Off the court, on an annual basis, the Orlando Magic gives more than $2 million to the local community by way of sponsorships of events, donated tickets, autographed merchandise and grants. Orlando Magic community relations programs impact an estimated 100,000 kids each year, while a Magic staff-wide initiative provides more than 7,000 volunteer hours annually. In addition, the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation (OMYF) which serves at-risk youth, has distributed more than $28 million to local nonprofit community organizations over the last 33 years. The Magic’s other entities include the team’s NBA G League affiliate, the Osceola Magic, 2021 G League champions; the Orlando Solar Bears of the ECHL, which serves as the affiliate to the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning; and Magic Gaming of the NBA 2K League. The Magic play their home games at the award-winning Amway Center, honored with TheStadiumBusiness Awards’ 2013 Customer Experience Award and named SportsBusiness Journal's 2012 Sports Facility of the Year. Orlando Magic Mascot Stuff Thrown Out of Nets Game

Last time we had a mascot-fan incident, it was the Vanderbilt Commodore popping a fan in the face and giving him a bloody nose (watch the video). We don’t have a video of the latest run-in between a mascot and a fan, but we have insight from a couple of reporters. Orlando Magic mascot “Stuff” was thrown out of the Prudential Center for scrapping with a fan. Several mascots gathered in New Jersey to celebrate the Nets’ mascot’s birthday but the party didn’t last long. According to Nets reporter Stefan Bondy, a “classless fan allegedly threw beer on Orlando Magic mascot, leading to scuffle at the Rock.” Clippers reporter Lisa Dillman said “Sounded like he was ejected too, escorted down the tunnel by security.” Dillman also got in the line of the night joking “Frankly, am very curious to read @STUFF_Mascot first’s tweet on the topic. Maybe David Stern has ordered him to not comment.” The quip was quite appropriate given the ongoing quarrel between Magic coach Stan Van Gundy and David Stern. All I know is that this certainly seems to be the season for mascots gone crazy.
