Some items carry an additional delivery charge due to weight, size, specialty packaging, or freight delivery. These delivery charges are clearly listed on the items they apply to and are not eligible for any combined or reduced shipping offers.

1. Emily - 2/5 stars - I was really disappointed with the Luma magic lip balm. On first application, it felt slick and moisturizing, but it quickly dried out my lips even more. I found the scent to be overpowering and artificial, and it lingered on my lips even after I wiped the balm off. The packaging is also flimsy and the lid broke within a week of use. Overall, I do not recommend this lip balm.
2. James - 1/5 stars - I'm not sure why this lip balm is so highly touted. It did absolutely nothing for my lips and actually made them feel worse. The texture was thick and waxy, and it just sat on top of my lips without sinking in. I also did not like the scent, it smelled like cheap artificial fragrance. Don't waste your money on this product, there are much better lip balms out there.
3. Sarah - 2/5 stars - I purchased the Luma magic lip balm expecting it to be the ultimate solution for my dry lips, but unfortunately, it fell short. The balm was quite greasy and did not provide long-lasting hydration. I also found that it didn't absorb well into my lips and left a weird residue. The packaging is cute, but the performance of the product was disappointing. I won't be repurchasing.
