Older children enjoy our Make-It Workshop, where they sew on a real sewing machine, create a unique sculpture out of recycled materials, see a 3D printer in action and more; and the Star-Spangled Center, a civic education center with a courtroom, legislative chamber and the Oval Office, where any kid can be president. Thanks to the support of Mastercard, this event offers free admission to families up to two adults and four of their own children from 5 00 to 8 00 pm.

The Magic House offers a $3 after 3 pm discount for families from our region. Residents of St. Louis County, St. Louis City, Jefferson County, Franklin County, St. Charles County, Warren County, Lincoln County can enjoy $3 admission per person from 3:00pm – 5:00pm. To receive the discount, guests need to provide proof of residency.

The magic tricks were also very basic and not impressive at all. The overall experience felt rushed and lacked any real entertainment value. Definitely not worth the cost of admission.
