One of the most popular activities on St. John is going to the beach and enjoying our wonderful turquoise waters. Sailing, fishing, hiking, kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling lessons and certifications are some other adventures to enjoy while on your St. John visit.
Magic s secluded location and 180 degree panoramic views gave us quiet mornings and stargazing evenings but with Cruz Bay just a short drive away we were close to beaches and the village restaurants. The property provides easy access to Fish Bay, which is approximately a 20-minute stroll away, and to the shopping mall Marketplace , which is within a 5-minute drive of the property.
Guests can relax and soak up the sun while taking in the panoramic vistas of the turquoise waters and picturesque landscapes. Inside the villa, guests will find a modern and sophisticated design with high-end furnishings and decor. The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and offers a comfortable space for guests to unwind.

1. Jessica - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with my stay at Magic View Villa. The advertising made it seem like a luxurious and comfortable accommodation, but it was far from it. The room was quite run-down and smelled musty. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets felt old and worn out. The bathroom was also not well-maintained, with a leaking faucet and mold on the tiles. The view from the villa was nice, but it definitely did not make up for the lack of cleanliness and comfort. I would not recommend staying here.
2. Michael - 1 star - My experience at Magic View Villa was terrible. The place was incredibly dirty and had a strong odor of mildew. The furniture seemed outdated and worn out. The bathroom was in poor condition with a clogged drain and no hot water. The kitchen was barely functional with broken appliances and dirty utensils. The overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance was really disappointing. I would not recommend this villa to anyone.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - Magic View Villa fell short of my expectations. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the amenities were lacking. There were no toiletries provided and the towels were old and worn. The AC was not working properly, making the room uncomfortably hot. The villa's location was also not ideal, as it was far from the main attractions and required a long commute. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay at Magic View Villa.
