I was really disappointed with my stay at Meriton Suites Mascot Central. First of all, it was incredibly difficult to reach their phone number to make a booking. I had to wait on hold for ages and then when someone finally answered, they were not very helpful. The customer service was subpar throughout my stay, with staff members seemingly disinterested in addressing any concerns or issues. Additionally, the room I stayed in was not very clean and had a strange odor. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
