Black Magic?

Black Magic has introduced a 6k full frame camera in L-Mount. It's a little bit weird to me that nobody on dpreview seems to be discussing it. For the longest time I've wanted a camera capable of shooting "video for stills" - high enough frame rate and resolution that any frame could be used as a still. In the early days the Nikon 1 system interested me - tiny cameras + sensors but with incredibly high frame rates. Then I waited for 4k video to be affordable at a consumer level. Then I realized 8k video would be required to make a decent size print from 4k video. Then Sigma released the fp with 4k video - but it had massive storage and grading requirements when I just want something decent out of camera. Then Canon & Nikon released cameras capable of 8k video with minimal grading. Now that Black Magic has a ~24 megapixel camera capable of capturing in-camera graded video in L-Mount I wonder if that's the camera for me. Great video footage out of camera where each frame grab can be used for sitlls. What I wonder for Sigma is. How much does this threaten the fp line? Will we see an fp successor with enough processing power to do in-camera ungraded footage to a high level? Or does it benefit them as more people will buy into the mount for video? How much does it benefit the Foveon line? Will more people in the mount help them push forward a Full Frame Foveon - the stills oriented camera we've been promised?
