If you guys hate this fact, you would LOVE Terry Pratchett’s Discworld series, particularly ones with his female werewolf character, Sergeant Angua. He never shies away from discussing her transformations as involving all the usual werewolf traits, such as violence (against chickens at least, which she pays the owners for handsomely when she comes back to herself) and hairiness which can be both a blessing and a curse. She’s a tough-as-hell policewoman, but Pratchett also openly discussed her feminitity, with her making multiple deep and richly fauceted relationships with other women and discussing the intersection of being a woman and being a werewolf. It’s just top notch.

Leah was treated unfairly. She had every right to be angry and hurt. She had every right to distrust Bella. Leah provides a much needed alternate perspective and she’s punished for it by the narrative.

Viren is a tall, thin man with pale skin, brown hair, and gray eyes. He sports a neat goatee that is dotted with gray, though he was clean shaven in his youth. [6] He usually wears an intense expression to all but his children. His clothing consists of mostly dark gray, black, and red robes, and he tends to carry around a long silver staff with a purple gem embedded into it. The purple gem sits atop the wings of the staff that always change shape with every transformation of the staff. Following his incursion of Lux Aurea, he starts to wear the simple white robe that the Sunfire Elves gave to him for his purification ritual. [7]

It requires a mix of combat prowess, investigation, and role-playing to progress through the story and overcome the numerous obstacles that stand in the way. What sets Curse of Strahd apart from other D&D campaigns is its rich storytelling and atmospheric setting.
