What was I really gaining from this hobby? Was it worth the time and money I was investing? Slowly, I started distancing myself from the magic card community. I stopped attending events and visiting Habdex's website. I even sold off a few of my cards, hoping that would rekindle my interest. But it didn't. It only confirmed that my time with Habdex Magic Cards had come to an end. Leaving Habdex was not an easy decision. I felt a sense of guilt, like I was abandoning a part of myself. But I knew deep down that I needed to let go and move on. Sometimes, we outgrow our hobbies and interests, and that is perfectly okay. Since leaving Habdex, I have discovered new hobbies and interests that bring me genuine joy and fulfillment. I have more time and energy to devote to things that truly matter to me. And while part of me will always cherish the memories and experiences I had with Habdex Magic Cards, I know that I am on the right path for myself.
