I’m a football coach at the weekends, coaching the village u10’s team and a scout leader too, so while it’s not switching off - it is something totally different to trying to make a start up work. Coaching and mentoring helps to take my mind of the day to day tasks and the joy we see from the kids playing and enjoying their games or the skills they are learning, gives all of us who volunteer for these and other similar roles - satisfaction and brings about well being.

A good workout, I long walk, bit of gardening and a good book. Yes a real book with paper, generally on black history in the UK, the issues that we still find ourselves in. Bit heavy, but its nice to know others are out there in the same position:) Most importantly family time as I now have 4 grandchildren!
