Perennial means that you sow once and they keep coming back every year!

- Basic (corn, beans, sorghum, potatoes, wheat)
- Industrial (safflower, chickpea, sunflower)
- Vegetables (chile, tomato, melon, watermelon, onion, squash)
- Organic (basil, tomato, pea, chile, brussel sprouts, all kinds of lettuce, and broccoli just to name a few since in recent years farmers have experimented with all kinds of vegetables.)
- Perennials (asparagus, strawberry, avocado, mango, fig, orange, date, coconuts, papaya, guanabana, lemon, pomegranate, passion fruit, and also many more).
