I had a terrible experience with Magical Homes in Kissimmee, FL. First of all, the house we booked looked nothing like the pictures provided on their website. It was outdated, dirty, and smelled strongly of mildew. The beds were uncomfortable and the linens looked like they hadn't been washed in weeks. The kitchen appliances were old and barely worked. The worst part was the customer service. We had several issues during our stay and when we reached out to the management, they were dismissive and unresponsive. I would not recommend staying at Magical Homes.
