I had a really disappointing experience with Mavic autk repair. I brought in my drone for repair and it took them weeks to even look at it. When I finally got it back, the problem was still there and they had charged me an exorbitant amount for the repair. The customer service was also very poor, with no clear communication and a lack of expertise. I would not recommend using their services.

I had such a terrible experience with Mavic autk repair. Not only did they take forever to repair my drone, but when I got it back, it was in worse condition than before. They had supposedly fixed the issue, but now the camera was not working at all. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but it was impossible to get a response. Overall, a complete waste of time and money.
3. David Johnson - 2 stars
I had heard good things about Mavic autk repair, so I decided to give them a try when my drone needed fixing. However, I was severely disappointed. The repair process took much longer than they had promised and when I finally received my drone back, the original problem had not been fully resolved. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in providing proper customer service. I would advise looking for another repair service.
4. Sarah Thompson - 1 star
Mavic autk repair was a complete letdown. I sent in my drone for repair and waited patiently for weeks, only to receive it back with the same issue I had reported. It was clear that no work had been done on it. Their lack of professionalism and failure to address my concerns were highly frustrating. I would not recommend their repair services to anyone.
