Not long ago we received some toys from the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic collection. This was to review as part our role of blog testers for the Hasbro Toy Tribe. We are so excited to be part of this team! We received 4 products to review: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Sugarcube Corner, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Collection Scene Pack, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Collection Pack and My Little Pony Blind Bags
Bella is already familiar with My Little Pony as she has already has some of the toys at home, so she was very happy to be able to test some of their latest collection.
When she opened the box she was super excited as they all look amazing. This new collection is very cute and has so much detail and colour. I think this is one of the features that Bella liked most as well as all the accessories they came with.
1. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Sugarcube Corner
This playset is so cute. It comes with a big ‘Sweet Shoppe’ which is the centre of all the super party pony fun. It also comes with a Pinkie Pie pony figure, a Cheese Sandwich pony figure, and fun accessories for a great party. How fantastic is that?
Bella really likes this playset. It was easy and quick to build and she has played with it for a fair amount of time. She has really likes the front door as she was fascinated with the idea of the ponies crossing from one side to the other all the time, LOL!
Bella likes the design as it is very colourful. The ponies were very cute too with all their accessories. The big cake was great too – everything is well made with a lot of attention given to detail. The sweet shop is definitely the place to be as all the fun is happening there, LOL!
I’m sure your children would enjoy playing with the Sweet Shoppe, Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich. They are the perfect pair to have the most delicious sweets for everybody to try! 😉

We also received a My Little Pony scene pack. Now your children can collect their favourite My Little Pony mini-pony figures, each with their own scene and accessories with the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Collection Story Pack assortment! These playful story packs feature mini-pony figures and accessories that help tell the story of Pinkie Pie and Sugarcube Corner and Applejack during Nightmare Night.
This pack was so cute. Bella and I love the donkey and all the accessories that come with it like the welcome wagon. It was really fun for Bella to build and was very easy to do. It also comes with very small parts so again you need to be careful with small children.
We also received this fabulous Pinkie Pie Collection Pack. The included Pinkie Pie figure loves to dress up and keep her friends laughing. She comes with a special outfit, 3 fun party accessories and 4 shoes, so every day is fashionable fun with this Pinkie Pie figure.
With the My Little Pony Friendship is Magic Collection Story Pack assortment children can collect their favourite My Little Pony mini-pony figures, each with their own story and accessories! These playful story packs feature mini-pony figures and accessories that help tell the story of the Pinkie Pie family and their sweet adventures. Your kids can choose between Mrs. Dazzle Cake and her bakery or Pinkie Pie and her party supplies.
Bella really loves this Pinkie figure. The sculpt is fantastic and suits her fun loving, goofy personality. It’s been very nicely captured with all the parts like the flippers, glasses, balloons, etc. She looks super happy and very cool too. I think your kids will love them as they look like they do in the cartoons. Bella was really happy playing with her.

4. My Little Pony Blind Bags
We also received a blind pack which are always great to have. I guess the surprise factor is always something that appeals to a lot of children, so as expected Bella really loved it and was desperate to open it to find out which pony she got.
Each bag contains a pony figure and collector card. Bella got Gardenia Glow, who grows her own garden, which was so cute. Your children can collect them all to create a colourful rainbow of pony friends.

I recently purchased a set of "My Little Pony Friendship Magic" toys for my daughter, and I must say I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The toys are poorly made and feel very cheap. The paint job is sloppy and the plastic is flimsy. Within a day of playing with them, one of the toys had already broken. I expected better durability for the price I paid. I would not recommend these toys to anyone looking for a lasting and enjoyable playtime experience.

As a parent, I was looking forward to surprising my daughter with some new "My Little Pony Friendship Magic" toys. However, upon receiving them, I found myself quite underwhelmed. The toys lacked the charm and detail that I had come to appreciate from other toy brands. The characters seemed generic, and the colors were dull. Even my daughter, who is a huge fan of the show, didn't seem particularly interested in playing with these toys. I would recommend exploring other options before investing in these lackluster toys.

The overall quality was subpar, and I would advise against wasting your money on these toys. There are definitely better options available on the market.
