Known for her nefarious ways, Morgana had earned a reputation for causing trouble and wreaking havoc wherever she went. With her long, crooked nose and piercing green eyes, she struck fear into the hearts of all who crossed her path. One day, as the villagers were going about their daily routines, they noticed something peculiar. There was Morgana, pedaling away on an old rusty bicycle! This sight was bizarre as a witch of Morgana's caliber was typically associated with broomsticks and potions. Nonetheless, she seemed determined to master the art of cycling, and the villagers couldn't help but be astonished by her efforts.
Candle Holders + Snuffers: Of course, with candles come candle holders. You will want something that can catch the wax if you prefer to keep your altar free from dripping pools. Personally, I use brass candle holders that then sit on various metal trays so the wax has something safe to drip on. And when I'm ready to do a wax cleanup after I've burned down all of my candles, it almost always just pops off of the metal surface for easy cleaning. For smaller spell candles you can use chime candle holders. However, when doing larger spells that require many spell candles having several candle holders may not be the most cost effective. In these situations you can use a plate, or a tray, then heat the bottom of your candle safely until the wax starts to melt, place the bottom of the candle down onto the dish, holding it until the wax cools, then it should be safely secured. If not, try again. In a bowl you can use sand or salt as a base to hold your candles as well. You'll likely need enough to cover the first centimetre or two of your candle and that should be stable enough to keep them from falling over.
A journal may be essential if you like to keep a physical record of your spells so they can be repeated, or to record any thoughts or feelings that get stirred up while you work. No matter what kind of altar you are creating, it is advisable to cover its surface with a piece of cloth that will act both as an ornament and as protection from liquids, scratching, and wax drippings.

It is essential to be able to practice your spells without anyone bothering you, and also to have a place where you can safely store your Witches tools, books and supplies. Ideally, you should have a space apart from your everyday world, such as an attic, basement, a corner of your bedroom, or even a space outside. The important thing here is that you can have privacy and silence to meditate and focus on your goals.

The villagers erupted into joyous cheers, relieved that their tormentor had finally been stopped. From that day forth, Morgana gave up her cycling escapades and returned to her witchy ways. The village, however, was forever changed. They had learned that even the most wicked and nefarious beings could be defeated with a little bit of determination and teamwork. And so, they lived happily ever after..
