Percy and the enchanted magical carpet Once upon a time, in a small village nestled between mountains, lived a young boy named Percy. Percy was known for his adventurous spirit and his love for exploration. He was always seeking new knowledge and experiences that would broaden his horizons. One day, while wandering through the marketplace, Percy stumbled upon a dusty old carpet. It had intricate patterns and vibrant colors, but it looked worn and neglected. Intrigued, Percy approached the carpet and noticed a shimmering glow emanating from its surface.

Stopping at a signal, Percy sees Gordon, who's not surprised that Percy was told to collect a carpet as he was just a small engine. Suddenly, the wind lifts up underneath the carpet, taking it into the air. Percy was now convinced that it is a magic carpet, but Gordon knows that it was just the wind and he departs to collect a coach for Alicia Botti. Then Murdoch passes Percy and the red carpet lands onto a flatbed in Murdoch's train. Percy gives chase to Murdoch, calling for him to wait. But Murdoch is too far ahead to hear Percy and carries on through Maron station. Percy, speeding through Maron, tells James that Murdoch has his magic carpet, but James tells him that magic carpets do not exist.

However, the wind blows underneath the red carpet again while it s on the platform, leaving Percy and Gordon unsure whether the carpet was magic or not. Several months later, while looting through Thordak s treasure hoard, Vex ahlia discovered a second, larger carpet of flying, 8 which she has kept ever since.

Carpet of Flying

A Carpet of Flying, or just flying carpet, is, as the name suggests, a carpet that has been enchanted to fly. Vox Machina's original carpet of flying was taken from Lady Allura's home, the Ivory Tower, after the tower was assaulted by a demonic entity. [2] That original rug eventually lost its enchantment and was rendered a normal, non-magical rug. Vox Machina later found a new carpet of flying within Thordak's lair. [3]

The village grew smaller and smaller as Percy soared higher and higher. The enchanted carpet was not just any ordinary carpet; it possessed the ability to transport its rider to faraway lands and magical realms. It had been locked away and forgotten in the marketplace for years, waiting for someone with a pure heart and a thirst for adventure. Percy found himself traveling to the most extraordinary places. From the lush jungles of the Amazon, where he encountered exotic wildlife, to the snowy peaks of the Himalayas, where he met wise hermits. Each destination brought new lessons and experiences that shaped Percy into a braver and wiser explorer. But the carpet had a secret. It could only be controlled by someone who was kind-hearted and true. Percy soon realized that he had been chosen to be the caretaker of this enchanted artifact. He understood the responsibility that came with it and vowed to use its powers for good. With the carpet as his trusty companion, Percy became a legend in his village. He used its powers to bring back precious knowledge and resources from distant lands. He helped his village prosper and created a bond between his community and the outside world. Percy's adventures continued for many years, and the enchanted carpet became a symbol of hope and unity in the village. It brought people together, inspiring them to chase their dreams and explore the unknown. In the end, Percy's legacy lived on, and the enchanted carpet remained a treasured artifact in the village. It served as a reminder that an open mind and a courageous spirit can lead to unimaginable adventures and personal growth. And so, the tale of Percy and the enchanted magical carpet continues to inspire generations, reminding them to never stop exploring and to always follow their dreams..
