I have a level 76 amulet with 3% life leech on it and have used a divine orb 3 times and it hasnt changed. Now since the mnod compendium hasnt been updated, does anyone know for sure the range of 3% life leech on a level 76 amulet? 1%-3%, 2%-4%%?

Yyyy man stop. There is a life leech cap, you can't leech more than 20% of your life per second. So if you have good pDPS, 3% would be enough. Life steal mod is 1-2% or 3-4% or 5-6% not 3-5%. You won't divine that to 5%. And finally, stop wasting divines on that.. You could have bought better life leech amu than this for divines you have spent.
