By admin

Strixhaven is a magical world in the Dungeons & Dragons game, and it has its own unique mystical mascots. These mascots are powerful creatures that represent the different magical colleges within Strixhaven. Each college has its own emblematic creature that embodies the essence of the college's magic and philosophy. These mascots play a crucial role in the lore of Strixhaven and can provide inspiration for players and Dungeon Masters alike. The five colleges of Strixhaven each have their own mystical mascot. Silverquill College, known for its eloquence and wit, has the mascot of a raven.

Personally I was picturing this one when I made the post, which I can imagine being much more ridable while huge

I don t think the Strixhaven familiars are really OP, considering the cost at least one feat, probably two if the DM doesn t allow the borked Strixhaven backgrounds which come with a bundled free Strixhaven feat and can t come online before 4th level. One is basically just magic initiate, and the other which requires the first feat grants you one of five special familiars that you can summon with find familiar.

The phoenix is a symbol of rebirth and transformation, reflecting the college's emphasis on the power of inspiration and self-expression. A fractal is a complex geometric pattern that repeats infinitely, symbolizing the college's dedication to logic and patterns in nature. Lastly, Witherbloom College, focused on life and death magic, has a pest as its mascot. The pests represent the cycle of life and death, and the transformative power of decay and rebirth.
