U petak, 06.10.2023. godine na Kupresu, u Direkciji ŠGD “Hercegbosanske šume” d.o.o. Kupres održana je prezentacija Smjernica za gospodarenje izdanačkim šumama bukve u BiH u okviru međunarodnog projekta: „Support of a Regional Expert Advisory Working Group on Sustainable Forest Management in the Western Balkans“ koordiniranom od strane Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group (RRD SWG), podržanog od njemačkog saveznog Ministarstva za hranu i poljoprivredu (BMEL).
U okviru projekta je predviđena Izrada Smjernica za gospodarenje izdanačkim šumama bukve u BiH i osnivanje demonstracijske plohe u izdanačkim šumama bukve u cilju edukacije i treninga šumarskih stručnjaka, studenata i interesnih grupa. Uprava Društva Hercegbosanskih šuma donijela je Odluku o osnivanju znanstveno-istraživačke demonstracijske plohe u svrhu edukacije i treninga šumarskih stručnjaka, studenata i interesnih grupa. Demonstracijska ploha je osnovana na planini Stožer (Odjel 58 a, G.J. Kupres, ŠGP “Kupreško”).
Prezentacija smjernica za gospodarenje izdanačkim šumama bukve u BiH je održana u Direkciji Društva. Prezentaciji su prisustvovali profesori sa Šumarskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Sarajevu i Šumarskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Banja Luci te predstavnici JPŠ Šume Republike Srpske i inženjeri iz ŠGD “Hercegbosanske” šume, na čelu sa izvršnim direktorom za poslove šumarstva Ivanom Petrovićem.
Dipl. ing. šumarstva Marijan Lozančić, predstavnik ŠGD Hercegbosanske šume i član tehničke radne grupe za održivo gospodarenje šumama SWG-a je u saradnji sa kolegama iz poduzeća i Prof. dr. Farukom Mekićem i dr.sc. Brunom Marićem pripremio trajnu demonstracijsku plohu (Marteloskop) u izdanačkim šumama bukve na Kupresu. Demonstracijska ploha veličine 0,16 ha (40x40m) će poslužiti za edukaciju i treninge naših inženjera, studenata i drugih interesnih grupa. Važno je istaknuti da je ovo prvi Marteloskop osnovan u Bosni i Hercegovini i 220. Marteloskop na nivou Europe (http://iplus.efi.int/marteloscopes-data.html).
Marteloskop – od francuskog “martelage” (izbor stabala i starogrčki izraz “σκοπέιν/skopein” (gledati) – je šumska sastojina od dimenzija 1 hektara (100x100m), u kojoj je svako pojedinačno stablo snimljeno i numerirano . Prikupljene informacije se zatim povezuju sa softverskom aplikacijom Integrate+ koja se može koristiti na licu mjesta za unaprjeđenje aktivnosti gospodarenja i za poticanje konstruktivnih diskusija u cilju unaprjeđenja gospodarenja šumama. Marteloskop u kombinaciji sa softverom l+ omogućuje šumarskim stručnjacima, donositeljima odluka, znanstvenicima i drugim interesnim grupa da objektivno raspravljaju o različitim strategijama gospodarenja šumama i njihovim posljedicama u samoj šumi.
U mreži marteloskopa Integrate+ prikupljaju se informacije o:
- opisu lokaliteta i sastojine
- vrstama drveća,
- identifikacijskom broju svakoga stabla
- položaju svakoga stabla GPS koordinatama
- statusu drveća mrtvog/živog,
- prsni prečnik
- visina stabla
- visina krošnje stabla kvalitetu drveta i
- mikro staništa povezana sa stablima koristeći terenski vodič – Katalog mikro staništa drveća
Nakon što je pripremljena Demonstracijska ploha – Marteloskop i prikupljeni svi potrebni podaci kontaktirani su predstavnici Europskog šumarskog Instituta sa kojima su kroz brojne i intenzivne online sastanke obrađeni i pripremljeni podaci za uvoz u Integrate+ software. Podaci o Martelsokopu Stožer-Kupres su 04.10.2023. godine uvezeni u bazu podataka mreže Integrate+ i odobren je pristup istim za potrebe korištenja treninga i edukacija.
Nakon prezentacija Smjernica za gospodarenje izdanačkim šumama bukve u BiH, sudionici treninga su posjetili Demonstracijsku plohu (Marteloskop) Stožer – Kupres gdje im je objašnjen proces uspostavljana i osnivanja prvog Marteloskopa u BiH. Prezentiran je i software Integrate+ na tabletu i objašnjeno je njegovo praktično korištenje za potrebe treninga i edukacije. Sudionici su prošli praktičnu obuku o virtualnoj doznaci stabala, korištenjem Integrate+ softvera instaliranog na tabletu, s fokusom na odabir elitnih stabala i kompetitora. Tijekom treninga inženjeri šumarstva su imali pozitivnu i korisnu raspravu temeljenu na svom znanju i iskustvu u gospodarenju izdanačkim šumama. Nakon praktične vježbe sudionici su se vratili u Direkciju ŠGD “Hercegbosanske šume” d.o.o. Kupres gdje su im prezentirani rezultati praktičnog treninga koji su doveli do kvalitetne rasprave i zaključaka u cilju unapređenja gospodarenja izdanačkim šumama bukve u BiH.
Iz perspektive šumarske struke, ovaj događaj će ostati upisan u povijest kao izuzetno značajan zbog naglašenih koristi koje pružaju softverska rješenja i smjernice za unaprjeđenje kvalitete informiranja i odlučivanja u procesu planiranja gospodarenja izdanačkim šumama.
