"Elise, NO!" Tails yelled, who was the one assigned to looking after her while Sonic was out of the city. The Witch turned around, red eyes burning through the dark of the alley.
Elise startled the Witch!
NOBODY BLINK! FIGHT!
The Witch rushed at Elise, claws bared as she slapped at her, catching Tails instead. The fox fell, blood oozing from three claw marks coming from his scalp to his belly button. Elise screamed and high tailed it, with the Witch close on her arse.
"GUARDS, SOMEONE PLEASE!" she screamed, looking over her shoulder to see the Witch's outspread arms. Knuckles came running over. "ELISE! Get inside, I'll hold her o-"
The echidna's kind offer was gratefully accepted by Elise, who slammed the door in Knuckles' face. as it was peeled from his body by the Witch and launched at the building.
"Phew, at least I'm safe. "
The Witch blasted the door off its hinges, seething. Elise screamed and leapt out of her skin, rushing up the stairs. The Witch continued to scream as she chased Elise up the stairs, clawing at her and coming close when she cut a small piece of the dress off Elise's back.
When Elise turned around, the boss infected's eyes filled her own, and she curled into a ball cowering for her life. The princess mustered a kick, which was all but ignored by the Witch, who dragged her claws through the wall, showering Elise in the peeled plaster. The Witch was then staggered when Sonic, Shadow and Silver all hit a succession of Homing Attacks.
The Witch slapped Sonic into a wall, leaving a mess of blue and red on the floor behind him. She then turned to Shadow and Silver. The future hedgehog seized the Witch telekinetically, but then a Smoker tongue latched around his waist, dragging him off instead. "NOOOO!" Silver yelled, disappearing down the stairs.
Shadow teleported around the Witch, smirking as her efforts to hit him failed. But then, he turned around. His face went white. He was being watched.
Karma Charger steamrolled Shadow, dragging the Ultimate Lifeform out through a window, insta killing him.
Only one possible hero remained for Elise, who had scrambled out a window and back into the city. The Witch was starting to slow down, and Elise gained a small edge.
Blaze stood atop a roof and hurled flames down at the Witch, looking to end the path of destruction. Sadly, she forgot one massive thing.

The Witch moved quicker than a begrudged fanboy's fingers as she darted across the city square, and slammed her hand into the back of the princess.
"I'm down!" she cried out, watching as Blaze was punted off the roof by an oncoming Tank. She then looked up desperately, as the Witch's claws filled her vision.
