Enhancing Accuracy with a Tolidman in Measurement Systems

By admin

A Tolman is a type of device used in physics and engineering to measure the pressure and temperature of a fluid. It consists of a thin, hollow metal tube that is coiled into a spiral shape. The fluid that needs to be measured is passed through the tube, creating a pressure difference across the coil. This pressure difference causes a deflection in the coil, which can be measured and used to determine the pressure of the fluid. In addition to measuring pressure, Tolmans can also be used to measure temperature. By using a temperature-sensitive material in the coil, changes in temperature can cause a change in the coil's resistance.

That means you have a spell save DC of 19. This works great for Disintegrate, since with no bonuses, a creature has a 10% chance of making the throw. And even if it has a save bonus of +5, it still only has a 30% chance of making the save.

There are three other classes that potentially gain access to this spell, but there isn t really much of a thematic tie besides these classes gain access to wizard spells or can use scrolls. One of the most satisfying spells to use on a kill, and one of the most terrifying spells to be on the receiving end of, Disintegrate is one of the best spells in the game.

By using a temperature-sensitive material in the coil, changes in temperature can cause a change in the coil's resistance. This change in resistance can then be measured and used to determine the temperature of the fluid being measured. Tolmans have a variety of applications in different fields.

Disintegrate

You must make a successful ranged touch attack to hit. Any creature struck by the ray takes 2d6 points of damage per caster level (to a maximum of 40d6). Any creature reduced to 0 or fewer hit points by this spell is entirely disintegrated, leaving behind only a trace of fine dust. A disintegrated creature’s equipment is unaffected.

When used against an object, the ray simply disintegrates as much as a 10-foot cube of nonliving matter. Thus, the spell disintegrates only part of any very large object or structure targeted. The ray affects even objects constructed entirely of force, such as forceful hand or a wall of force, but not magical effects such as a globe of invulnerability or an antimagic field.

A creature or object that makes a successful Fortitude save is partially affected, taking only 5d6 points of damage. If this damage reduces the creature or object to 0 or fewer hit points, it is entirely disintegrated.

Only the first creature or object struck can be affected; that is, the ray affects only one target per casting.

Mythic

The damage dealt increases to 3d6 points of damage per caster level (maximum 60d6) plus 1d4 points of Constitution damage.

A creature that succeeds at its saving throw takes 5d8 points of damage plus 1 point of Constitution damage.

A creature whose Constitution score is reduced to 0 by this spell is entirely disintegrated.

Augmented (7th): If you expend two uses of mythic power, you fire two rays. Alternatively, you may fire only one ray, but if the target is a non-mythic creature and it fails its saving throw, it’s automatically disintegrated regardless of its current hp.

What is a tolidman used for

In the oil and gas industry, they are often used to measure the pressure and temperature of fluids flowing through pipelines. They are also used in research laboratories and manufacturing processes where accurate measurements of pressure and temperature are required. Overall, Tolmans are essential tools in the field of fluid dynamics and play a crucial role in various industries and scientific research..

Reviews for "Unraveling the Mysteries of a Tolidman in Geology"

1. Sarah - 1 out of 5 stars - This book was a complete waste of time. It promised to explain what a tolidman is used for, but instead, it was just a jumble of unrelated information. The author jumped from one topic to another without any clear structure or explanation. I was left feeling confused and frustrated. I would not recommend this book to anyone looking for a clear and concise explanation of what a tolidman is used for.
2. Michael - 2 out of 5 stars - I had high hopes for this book, but unfortunately, it fell short. The author tried to be informative and entertaining, but their writing style was convoluted and hard to follow. It seemed like they were trying too hard to be clever and ended up missing the mark. I struggled to understand what a tolidman is used for because the information was buried under unnecessary anecdotes and excessive details. Overall, it was a disappointing read.
3. Emily - 2 out of 5 stars - As someone who had no prior knowledge of tolidmans, I was hoping this book would provide a clear introduction to their purpose and usage. However, it failed to meet my expectations. The author used technical jargon without providing any definitions or explanations, making it difficult for a novice like me to understand the content. Additionally, the book lacked visual aids or diagrams, which would have greatly enhanced the understanding of the subject matter. I left this book feeling more confused than informed.
4. John - 1 out of 5 stars - I found "What is a tolidman used for" to be a frustrating and disjointed read. The author seemed more interested in showcasing their writing skills rather than providing a straightforward explanation of the topic. There was unnecessary verbosity and a lack of clarity that made it difficult to comprehend the intended message. The book left me with more questions than answers and ultimately failed to deliver on its promise of explaining the purpose of a tolidman. I would not recommend this book to anyone seeking a concise and clear understanding of the subject.
