I truly had a terrible experience at the Magic Carpet Motor Inn. The room was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. The walls were so thin that I could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and the overall atmosphere was just unpleasant. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
