Witchcraft and Spirituality: Exploring the Divine in Waking the Witch

By admin

Waking the qitch is a phrase often used in the context of waking up early or starting the day with a burst of energy and enthusiasm. It refers to the act of shaking oneself out of a comfortable state and consciously choosing to embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. In our fast-paced and demanding world, it can be easy to fall into a routine of rushing through the day without truly waking up to the present moment. However, waking the qitch is about more than just getting out of bed – it is a mindset that can help us make the most of our time and live each day to its fullest. When we wake the qitch, we are actively choosing to focus on the positive aspects of our lives and approach our tasks with passion and determination. This may involve setting goals and intentions for the day, practicing gratitude, or engaging in activities that bring us joy and fulfillment.

I instantly warmed to Ivy’s character and found that whenever I put the book down, I couldn’t wait to pick it back up again to rejoin the story. The more I read, the more invested I became and wow, as I continued on, it definitely turned into ways I hadn’t envisaged!

I would like to note that I have also picked up a finished copy as they were for sale early at YALC in London last weekend, when Rachel was there to sign her books. Ivy was fabulous, she was always ready with comebacks to however she was treated from the page one, even telling a customer at the butterfly house that he would probably prefer to hear from a colleague who is male just because he has a p n s, rather than from her because she has qualifications.

This may involve setting goals and intentions for the day, practicing gratitude, or engaging in activities that bring us joy and fulfillment. Waking the qitch requires discipline and self-awareness. It means recognizing when we are slipping into autopilot and making a conscious effort to break free from our comfort zones.

"Waking the qitcj" had potential, but it fell short in execution. The characters were one-dimensional and didn't resonate with me. I wanted to like "Waking the qitcj," but it just didn't click with me. The writing style was overly descriptive and at times, it felt like the author was trying too hard to be profound. The story itself had interesting concepts but wasn't executed in a way that kept me hooked. While there were moments of intrigue, they were overshadowed by confusing plot points. Overall, this book didn't resonate with me, but it may appeal to readers who enjoy more abstract narratives.
