The esthetician does a great job explaining the facial procedures. I went there for a Hydro-Facial. It seems like the esthetician wears multiply hats because she is the front desk, phone assistance and takes care of your service. Although I admire that, I strongly believe, she should disconnect from the phone and advise her staff to provide her with privacy and more support during her time with a client. During my facial she was interrupted loudly multiply times and she answered the phone multiple times while doing the facial. I was a bit annoyed at one point because Im paying for a service to feel relax and disconnected. She also pauses during the procedures to text on the phone and leave the room multiply times. Furthermore, the front desk staff are very loud and I could hear them across the room. I really hope they can improve the customer service because I see a lot of good potential.

May 23rd, 2023Had really high hopes after reading reviews and was very disappointed with the quality of massage. We booked the couples massage and although the staff was running late, we were in the room relaxing so we didn't mind. It came with wine and no non-alcoholic alternative, which is surprising given the early afternoon timing they should have other options. The staff were friendly but the actual massage was awful, it didn't appear they had any actual knowledge of the muscle system and how to restore or work out knots. The majority of the massage was just rubbing, like constantly running their hands up and down my back and limbs. I expect a massage to actually get into and work the muscles. Unfortunately there was also a language barrier and it was difficult to give adjustments during, luckily my husband speaks Spanish and was able to translate for me, but when I tried again to ask the masseuse to for the second time stop doing what he was doing it's like he had no understanding. Based on the other great reviews this place is probably an excellent fit for some people, sadly not me.

Apr 19th, 2023David is so great at what he does. This massage parlor is small, private, not too much going on and timely. I'd never had nor have any issues making an appointment and it's up the street from me.
Noone should be the least disappointed in any massage especially with David. He's sweet, comforting and does his job with excellence.
