Business Profile for Diamond Magic
I ordered some purses from Diamond Magic that said they were leather made by a ******* going out of his leather business. They were supposed to be out of **********. The order was placed 8/31/22 for $133.44. I did not get them until October and they were not as advertised. They are cheaply made, not leather other than the red wallet. I have repeatedly contacted them trying to resolve this without success. Now they will not respond to my emails. I followed their instructions to return two of the four purses for a refund. I sent them the tracking number from the post office as they requested and mailed them at my own expense to the address given to me by them. I have all the emails that I sent with the responses from them. I returned the purses then end of December 2022 and now they will not respond to any of my emails.
