1. Stephanie - 2/5 stars - I was really disappointed with my experience at Residences on Carnival Magic. The rooms were small and outdated, with old furniture and uncomfortable beds. The overall cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired, as I found stains on the carpets and dirty bathroom fixtures. The staff also seemed disorganized and unhelpful, making it difficult to get any assistance or information. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this property.
2. John - 1/5 stars - My stay at Residences on Carnival Magic was a complete disaster. The room I was assigned was not what I had booked, and it was filthy when I arrived. The bed had stains on the sheets and there were hairs in the bathroom. Despite requesting a room change, the staff was unresponsive and did nothing to address the issues. The amenities were lacking, and the common areas were crowded and noisy. I had a terrible experience and would not return or recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms were small and cramped, and the walls were paper-thin, allowing me to hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, which was frustrating. Additionally, the location was not ideal, as it was far from the main attractions and there were limited dining options nearby. The lack of attention to detail and comfort made my stay less enjoyable, and I would not choose to stay here again.
