I have it as a talisman There is something about it that just resonates with me. It holds a special meaning, a special power that I can't quite explain. It brings me comfort, strength, and a sense of protection. I have it as a talisman. It might be a small trinket, a piece of jewelry, or even a simple stone. But it holds significance in my life.

Using these same principles, it’s possible to create amulets and talismans to suit our own needs, beliefs and skepticisms, and to use common objects as allies during times of great stress.

In addition to the sentimental value of the objects we ve inherited from our parents, grandparents, or those that were present at historical moments, objects also typically carry a lot of psychic energy. For example, quartz or precious stones are associated with astrological signs, rabbits feet and four-leaf clovers for good luck, similar to pentagrams, rosaries or amulets.

But it holds significance in my life. It represents something important, something that I hold dear. Having it close to me brings a sense of familiarity and connection.
