I've done some looking into cloudiness issues but nothing really fits my problem.

I had a couple of bottles of Spirit Run UJSSM on Essencia Bourbon Barrel Chips. Some of the chips were fresh (1st use with 4 litres 55% ABV) and some were last use before expired (3rd use with 2 litres 40% ABV) with a small amount of essence added as recommended on the pack. I decided the other day to remove it from the wood, filter it through coffee paper, blend it together and cut to 38% ABV adding clean water.

Did all this and ended up with 8 litres of good smelling, tasting and looking hooch. I went up to my cabin yesterday and all 4 litre bottles have gone cloudy. They were fine on days one and two after the process, so why would they all cloud up after 3 days.

I've not done anything different to other times and added nothing new. It's a bit early in the day yet but I will give it a taste test later on to see if anything has changed there, but it still smells good to go. I'll try putting some of it back through some filter paper but I think it is too fine a particulate matter. I don't really want to redistill it as I will lose all that yummy flavour but I may have to.

so whats different? you could try getting it cold as in freezer than filtering.
or leaving it set and see if if its sediment witch will settle to bottom.

Well that's my point. Nothing different. I used coffee filter paper to twice filter the spirits off the wood. It was all good and clear before and after this procedure. Having 2 different liquids as per ABV and wood exposure, I thought blending would be the way to go. So why did mixing 2 clear spirits with clear water (used before with no cloud issues) and resulting in a clear end mix, turn cloudy after 48 hours??

In the interest of scientific research I have just gone back to the lab and begun some investigative procedures. Sniff test:- Pass . Visual inspection:-
The only obvious next step is to taste it:- . There is a very slight chalkiness. Not sure if that is the right word. A neat sample seems to be fine but with a little coke it takes on a flavour that you'd expect if using diet coke. A bit dryish with a slight chaulky mouth feel.

Physical examination. Having already filtered through paper twice you wouldn't expect to trap much by further filtering but when I did so the flow slowed significantly, to a near stop through single paper, before 2 litres. So there is a particulate substance in suspension and the end spirit is noticeably clearer but not crystal. I'm now putting some small amount through a double thickness paper and it is coming close to good. I've put a 2 litre in the freezer as you suggested Dnder" so if I'm not too pissed after continuing to taste test it progressively through the afternoon (in the interest of scientific research mind you) I'll let you know how it went.

What is the precipitate here did it come from?

1. Sarah - 1 star - I had a terrible experience at Magic Glow Car Wash. The employees were rude and unprofessional. They didn't properly clean my car and left streaks and water spots all over. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't apologize or offer to fix the issue. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.
2. John - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the service at Magic Glow Car Wash. The prices were quite high compared to other car washes in the area, but the quality of the work was not up to par. My car came out looking barely clean, and there were still dirt and grime in some areas. The staff seemed indifferent and rushed, which reflected in the sloppy job they did. I won't be going back to this car wash again.
3. Lisa - 1 star - I had a horrible experience at Magic Glow Car Wash. Not only did they scratch the paint on my car, but they also didn't vacuum the interior properly. When I addressed the issue with the manager, they were dismissive and unapologetic. It's clear that they don't care about their customers or the quality of their work. I would strongly advise against using this car wash.
