I don't have much experience with charcoal toothpaste, but this was messy (especially when using an electronic toothbrush). If I accidentally turned on my electronic toothbrush, the black paste would fly all over the place. This product best be used with a regular, 'manual' toothbrush.

I've tried a range of natural toothpastes but my magic mud is the best! It has quality ingredients, good flavour and my teeth and gums feel great and clean afterwards. It's the only commercial toothpaste I know of that doesn't have any glycerine which is great for remineralisation! It's worth the price and doesn't leave a mess like homemade charcoal toothpaste seems to! I highly recommend it!!

I never thought it would work but it actually did. It has a minty flavor, the size of the package compared to the times you will use it is really fair. I use it twice a week only. the major benefit I noticed is how shiny and whiter my teeth are. it actually cleans teeth well with electric toothbrush. I didn't think it was too harsh on my teeth. LOVE IT.

I am always looking out for an alternative to the usual Colgate or Arm and Hammer toothpaste, and this one is that. The taste is good along with the feeling during and after brushing teeth and I do recommend this. However, you may not realize how messy you are being with white toothpaste after using this I have many black marks in the bathroom now so you have been warned :-)
