How to Make a Paper Plate Witch Hat Fascinator for Adults

By admin

Paper Plate Witch Craft One popular and fun craft activity for kids during Halloween is making a paper plate witch. This craft project is relatively easy and requires just a few materials. It is a great way to engage children in a creative and imaginative activity while celebrating the spooky season. To start making a paper plate witch, you will need a paper plate, some colored construction paper, scissors, glue, markers or crayons, and any additional decorations you may want to add. First, take the paper plate and cut out a triangle shape at the top. This will form the witch's hat.

Blue Magic Upholstery Cleaner Review - Great For Both My Car And In My House

I used this product to clean both my couch and the seats in my car.

My car seats are a light tan cotton, and with two infant daughters who grew into toddlers the stains became more noticeable. These stains ranged from formula to juice and ground in cookie crumbs.

I sprayed the back seats with the Blue Magic upholstery cleaner and let it sit for about 30 minutes before using the brush head attached to the bottle to scrub the seats.

It did not affect the color of the seats but the smell is very strong. I recommend using it in well ventilated areas. I wound up needing a stiffer brush than the attached one to be able to clean the car seats, but they were heavily soiled.

After about an hour of scrubbing and wiping though all the stains were gone and the seats looked new again. I was so happy with the result I decided to do my sectional sofa as well.

This required an additional can, but was still much cheaper than if I had rented or bought a steam cleaner. The smell was stronger when I used it inside the house so I moved some of the cushions onto the front porch.

The stains were pretty much the same, milk, juice, and cigarette smoke and ashes. There was even tomato sauce on two cushions and the Blue Magic even got that up, but it did take a while.

I was satisfied with the product but because of the smell I would not use it on a weekly basis, just for deep cleanings.

Attach the hat to the paper plate using glue. Next, take another piece of construction paper and cut out two large circles for the witch's eyes. Use markers or crayons to draw on the pupils and eyelashes. Glue the eyes onto the paper plate, just below the hat. Then, cut out a small triangular shape from black construction paper for the witch's nose and glue it below the eyes. To complete the witch's face, cut out a mouth from construction paper and glue it below the nose. Children can get creative with the shape of the mouth, making it smiling, frowning, or wide open in a cackling gesture. They can also add teeth or other details to the mouth using markers or crayons. Now it's time to create the witch's hair. Cut strips of black construction paper and shape them to resemble wild and curly hair. Glue them above the eyes and around the sides of the paper plate. Children can also add additional decorations to the hat, such as glitter, sequins, or stickers, to make it more festive. To make the witch's broomstick, cut a small rectangular shape from brown construction paper and glue it near the bottom of the plate. Then, take another strip of brown construction paper and fold it accordion-style to create the broom bristles. Glue it onto the bottom of the broomstick. Children can further customize their paper plate witch by adding additional decorations or accessories. They can use colored construction paper to cut out a witch's dress or cape and glue it onto the plate. They can also add paper cutouts of bats, spiders, or other Halloween-themed elements to make their witches more spooky. Once the paper plate witch craft is complete, children can proudly display their creations or use them for Halloween decorations. It is also a great opportunity for them to express their creativity, practice their cutting and gluing skills, and learn about different shapes and colors. Overall, making a paper plate witch is a fun and engaging craft activity for kids during Halloween. It allows them to get into the spirit of the season while exploring their artistic side. So gather your materials and get ready to create a bewitchingly good craft!.
