About the Author

She and her husband, writer Will Osborne (author of Magic Tree House: The Musical), live in northwestern Connecticut with their three dogs. 1. Emma - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the 9th book in the Magic Treehouse series. The plot felt predictable and repetitive, and I didn't feel like the characters grew or faced any real challenges. Additionally, the writing style seemed to be lacking the usual magic and excitement that I've come to expect from this series. Overall, it just didn't live up to my expectations and left me wanting more.
2. Michael - 1 star - I found the 9th book in the Magic Treehouse series to be extremely lackluster. The story felt rushed and poorly developed, with little depth or creativity. The characters were flat and uninteresting, and I found it hard to connect or care about their journey. Overall, it was a forgettable read that didn't engage me or capture my imagination like the earlier books in the series.

The plot felt forced and disjointed, with random events taking place without any real purpose or connection.
