It is a time of balance, as day and night are equal. This festival symbolizes fertility, growth, and new beginnings. It is when the Earth awakens from its winter slumber. Beltane, celebrated on May 1st, is the next festival on the wheel. This is a time to celebrate the peak of spring and the beginning of summer. It is associated with fertility, love, and the union of the god and goddess. Litha, also known as the summer solstice, is observed around June 21st. It is the longest day of the year and represents the height of summer. This festival symbolizes the power of the sun and is a time to celebrate abundance and growth. Lammas, celebrated on August 1st, marks the first harvest of the year. It is a time of gratitude and giving thanks for the bounties of the Earth. It represents the turning of the wheel towards autumn and the beginning of the harvest season. Finally, Mabon, or the autumn equinox, takes place around September 21st.
