Neutral cushioning, not hard, not soft. Maybe slightly firmer. Might take time to get used to after using stable shoes. Sole is Ok, could have better grip, might be slightly slippery. Does not seem to be optimally designed for heel strikers.
Not very stable at all. After the other shoes feels like running on a rail. Shoelaces will probably fray. Not as comfortable as previous shoes. Sole might be somewhat vulnerable to wear and tear.
During my first run I ran around 4% faster on a 3.6km track than in my old shoes, probably mostly due to confirmation bias. However, the roll forward might stimulate faster pace.
Overall a decent shoe for runners who can handle lack of stability and think it is worth it with lighter shoes. For other runners I'd recommend something a bit more stable.
Sizing seems a bit small. Normally I'm 42.5-43, I bought 43.5 and it's just large enough for me, 44 might have been optimal. Big toe is probably the tightest spot - the shoe seems slightly narrow.
Walked and ran some 400m laps today. The shoes have a nice roll and bounce as long as I keep good form, when I get tired and relax they lose most of it. When walking it becomes apparent that the heel is the least stable part - mid and front are relatively stable.
