- John - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the Books are Magic Mug. The concept seemed great, but the execution was lacking. The design on the mug was poorly done and looked cheap. Additionally, the color of the print started fading after just a few washes. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this mug, but it's definitely not worth the price.
- Sarah - 1 star - I do not recommend the Books are Magic Mug at all. The quality is very poor. The mug arrived with a small chip on the handle, and the image was blurry and pixelated. It looked nothing like the picture shown on the website. I reached out to customer service, but their response was slow and unhelpful. I was really excited to add this to my collection, but I'm utterly disappointed with the final product.
