What's happening with Monnierara Millennium Magic Witchcraft?

Hello!
Can you tell me how to rescue Monnierara Millennium Magic 'Witchcraft' (if it needs a rescue)?
I purchased this plant about a month ago. The bulbs were green, but there were no leaves or any new buds (currently absent as well). It was planted in moss, which practically decomposed, so I decided to transplant it. I think I damaged a lot of roots during transplanting because it was a very dense ball of moss and roots. And unfortunately, the plant split into two parts (in one there are 2 bulbs, in the other 3). During the transplant, I did not notice rot, although I could simply not understand whether there was, because everything was beige and brown.
As a result, about 2-3 weeks after transplanting, the top of the largest bulb began to turn brown. I cannot understand whether this is rot or natural dying, but it creeps down rather quickly. Should I cut off half of the bulb, or cut it whole, or leave it as it is? What is the best way to process a cut? Any other tips would be very helpful.
First two pictures before repotting. Others after.

Its really difficult for me to call any orchid “black”. I don’t know if its a cynical point of view after hearing many times that someone “saw a black orchid once”. Or years ago running into the same older gentleman at orchid shows that would relay that his mother used to grow a “black orchid”..(his hands always making a giant circle the size of dinner plates)….“oh, that’s great” you would hear, nobody wanting to push the topic any further. Only to be the punchline of endless jokes the rest of the weekend. If we only had a little of what he was smoking we all could grow black orchids….

Reviews for "The Legendary Champion of Magic and Duels: Their Journey to Greatness"

1) John - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with "Legendary champion of magic and duels". The storyline lacked depth and originality, and the characters felt quite cliché. The dialogue was often forced and cringe-worthy, making it difficult for me to connect with any of them. Additionally, the pacing was off, resulting in a tedious reading experience. Overall, I found the book predictable and unengaging.
2) Emily - 2.5 stars - I had high hopes for "Legendary champion of magic and duels" but unfortunately, it fell short for me. The world-building was weak and inconsistent, leaving me confused about the rules of magic and the different realms. The main character was also quite one-dimensional, lacking any real growth or development throughout the story. The writing style was adequate, but the lack of originality in the plot and the underdeveloped supporting characters made it a forgettable read.
3) Sarah - 1 star - "Legendary champion of magic and duels" was a complete letdown. The writing was amateurish and filled with grammatical errors that took me out of the story. The plot was convoluted and poorly executed, making it difficult to follow and keep my interest. The dialogue felt unnatural and forced, lacking authenticity. Overall, this book failed to live up to its promised magical adventure and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
