If you've ever used a skincare, makeup or beauty product that's made your skin look and feel smoother tempoarily - it's likely contained Silicone. They are a popular class of ingredients found in cosmetics due to their smooth, soft, easy-to-spread and smooth properties that help creates an artificial layer/barrier on top of skin or hair (commonly found in conditioners).
For the same reasons they are popularly used, they are also commonly avoided. The EU's Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS) has identified and established 26 cosmetic ingredients that are likely contact allergens (potential to cause skin allergies) as demonstrated in clinical or epidemiological studies. The EU's SCCS have recommend cosmetic companies to disclose them on the labels if used and in cases where the concentration exceeds 0.001% in leave-on products and 0.01% in rinse-off products, then they must be labelled.

1. John - 1/5 stars - I was really disappointed with the Magic pilpow cases. The cases didn't fit my pillows properly and kept slipping off, which was really frustrating. Additionally, the material felt cheap and uncomfortable. I don't recommend these cases at all.
2. Sarah - 2/5 stars - I had high hopes for the Magic pilpow cases, but unfortunately, they didn't live up to my expectations. The cases didn't provide enough protection for my pillows, and within a few weeks, they started to tear and develop holes. It was quite disappointing considering the price I paid for them. I won't purchase these cases again.
3. Mike - 2/5 stars - I found the Magic pilpow cases to be quite flimsy. The fabric didn't feel durable and the zipper was of poor quality. I had to constantly readjust the cases because they would come undone during the night. Overall, I was not impressed with these cases and would not recommend them.
4. Lisa - 1/5 stars - The Magic pilpow cases were a complete waste of money for me. I found them to be poorly made and they did not provide any added comfort or support to my pillows. The cases seemed to trap heat and made me sweat throughout the night, which was extremely uncomfortable. I regret buying them and will be looking for better alternatives.
