Like the name says, the Absolute Beachfront Bungalows provide the best views of all the accommodation options. Excellent for couples and honeymooners, the two accommodations feature a hand-carved four-poster, super king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and an open-plan living space with island-style furniture. The open-air private bathroom has a large shower/bath config, premium toiletries and pebbled, non-slip flooring. Amenities include paid WiFi, self-catering kitchen, smart TV with movies on a hard drive, mini fridge and a large porch with sun-loungers to appreciate the evenings and the Cook Islands’ panorama.
The Magic Reef Beachfront Bungalows have great swimming right off the beach and there are plenty of on-land activities to engross guests for weeks and more. All nine of the bungalows face the beach and feature spacious bedrooms with super king-size beds, ensuite bathroom, private outdoor showers, open plan living room.

1. John - 2 stars - I was very disappointed with my stay at Magic Reef Bungalows. The bungalows were run-down and in desperate need of renovations. The room was small and cramped, and the furniture was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also outdated and had a musty smell. The worst part was the lack of cleanliness, there were stains on the sheets and the floors were dirty. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this property.
