Upside Down Magic is a series of children's books written by Sarah Mlynowski, Lauren Myracle, and Emily Jenkins. It follows the story of a young girl named Nory who attends a special magic school called Sage Academy. In the world of Upside Down Magic, each student possesses their own unique magical ability. However, Nory's magic is a little different from the others. I was really disappointed with "Upside Down Magic Booms in Order". I had high hopes for this book based on the previous installments in the series, but it just fell flat for me. The story felt rushed and the characters lacked depth. Additionally, the plot seemed forced and predictable. I wanted to enjoy this book, but I found myself disengaged and uninterested in what was happening. Overall, I would not recommend this book to fans of the series.

Although I enjoyed the previous books in the "Upside Down Magic" series, "Upside Down Magic Booms in Order" was a letdown. The writing style felt repetitive and the humor fell flat. The plot lacked originality and felt formulaic, making it hard to become invested in the story. While there were some redeeming moments and interesting magical elements, they were not enough to save the book for me. I would suggest skipping this installment and hoping for better in future books.

I was really looking forward to "Upside Down Magic Booms in Order", but it failed to meet my expectations. The pacing of the story felt off, with rushed transitions and unresolved plot threads.
