I had high hopes for Wyndham Magic Village Kissimmee, but I was sorely disappointed. The accommodations were not up to par - the rooms were outdated and not very clean. The customer service was also lacking, as the staff seemed disinterested in attending to our needs. Additionally, the location was not ideal, as it was far from the main attractions and it was difficult to find transportation. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this resort.
