It's also not entirely clear how this ability interacts with class abilities, i.e with the "Specific trumps general" rule.i.e does selecting it as a Monk Weapon (using the Tasha rule Dedicated weapon or Kensei monk's feature to select 2 weapons) let you use it with dexterity instead of constitution?
