Employees were extremely nice. Great people; however, I was very disappointed in the wash quality of this car wash… especially after the price. Bought the best wash after getting some heavy mud all over my vehicle and after the car wash there was still mud all over it. I went specifically to ensure the underbody was washed, but it barely seemed touched.

I thought this would be a nice experience at first since they gave my dog a treat. But I was wrong. This was my first car wash experience. Did you all expect me to know exactly what to do when going through a car wash? Like I do this everyday? No one told me to put my car in neutral. I was very confused. The guy standing at the wash entrance yelled at me for that, then yelled at me again because I hit my brakes. I didn’t know what I was doing!! Geez, show some respect and kindness for goodness sake. I deserve a refund for your attitude.

I canceled my membership. Here’s the issue, 8am is too late for a car wash to open. A lot of us have an 8-5 (or later) work schedule. Open at 7am for your customers on their way to work. Additionally, when I called to cancel, I wasn’t asked ‘why’?! It’s apparent that customer loyalty is NOT cared about.
Advice; do better!! Listen to your customers! Care about their experience!

I typically get home late and I used to come here RECENTLY and vacuum out my car before heading home. In the last 3-4 weeks the vacuums have been shut off at night. I wonder if it’s just THIS Mr Magic on Banksville, or they just changed their hours to not accommodate late workers like me. ‘Lights are on’ giving the consumer the “Welcome! Come in!” signal. But no, the lights are a fake out, you are not able to be served at this hour, good bye.

Very nice place! Attendant was very informative about wash packages. Lots of pleasant smelling soap during wash, end result was great. Good suction vacuums.
