In a bustling world, where stress and chaos seem to be the norm, we all long for a place where we can escape to find peace and tranquility. A magical waters hideaway can be just that place, a serene oasis where one can reconnect with nature and rejuvenate the mind and body. Imagine a hidden cove, tucked away from the noise and distractions of the outside world. As you step foot into this mystical sanctuary, a sense of calm washes over you. The air is filled with the soothing scent of the nearby ocean, and the sounds of gentle waves crashing against the shore create a soothing rhythm that instantly melts away any worries or troubles. The main attraction of this magical waters hideaway is, of course, the water itself.
At a mere $11, this smoky eyeliner stick could have honestly just mailed it in. But being the trusty drugstore brand that it is, NYX Professional Makeup decided to not only make this a good budget pick but a good pick all around. Featuring 12 bold shades, the liner features a blendable formula and a paddle brush that allows you to create your entire eye look with just one stick. It even impressed BDG Art Coordinator Xin Xin, who says she’s usually not the biggest fan of pencil and gel liners (and especially not smoky ones). “I love how buttery this is!” she tells TZR. “It goes on smoothly, does not smudge for the entire day, [there’s] no transfer, and it blends super well.” Now, she says, she’s definitely planning to buy it again.
I love neutrals and pops of color, but the pinks, purples, and mauves in this palette are so romantic and aesthetically pleasing, says TZR contributor Calin Van Paris. The main attraction of this magical waters hideaway is, of course, the water itself. Crystal clear and shimmering in the sunlight, it beckons you to dive in and wash away all your cares. The water holds a unique power, as if it possesses magical qualities that can heal, refresh, and rejuvenate.
Ultimate Abilities stam or magic?
I had thought a while back they said they were going to base ultimate abilities off of stam or magic whichever was higher? I just tested this out and went from an all magic based set up to an all stam based set up and all of my ult abilities dropped to half the dmg they were at when I was at all magic. Anyone else know if they implemented that change?
#1 June 2015The change on Ultimate abilities was for crit chance. Ults scale off Magicka for damage, but use your highest crit chance, whether it is weapon or spell crit. With 1.6 they did change some class abilities to use/scale off stamina, and all those are clearly marked as such in the tooltip.

Ultimates scale of whatever ressource is higher. If your ultimate does a lot more damage with a magicka build than with a stamina build you can be sure that the damage of your stamina build isn't maximized yet.
June 2015Do you know if all ultimates scale off either or is it just class ultimates, I am wondering if meteor would scale off of my stamina if I have a stamina build.

If your stamina/ weapon skill is higher than it will scale off of that. I have seen some stamina bow snipers do huge damag with metior

I've seen this explanation over and over and it's confusing. When you say "resource" you're not talking about your total pool of stamina are you? You're talking about weapon dam vs. spell damage?
i.e. the damage done with my NB's veil is based off of my 3200 weapon dam, not my 800 spell damage.

June 2015I would imagine it's the same concept, weapon dmg scales off of your stamina where spell dmg scales off of your magicka.
June 2015Ultimates don't scale off "magicka" or "stamina", they scale off "spell crit" or "weapon crit".
Disregard, that's what I get for blindly believing the Patch Notes.

I was thrown off by Werewolf the other day.
On 1 char the timer is under his Sta bar. and I got used to it.
Copied ot Xbox, and needed to get WW on another character for achievements.. and his timer was missing. was under his MAG bar lol. I felt dumb. I still look in the wrong place. Lucky for me he is getting cured after he gets his cheevos.

So my NBs veil's damage is based off of my weapon crit (which is the higher of the two crit ratings)??

June 2015I have never seen them scale off crit, while that may be included I have always seen them do more damage as I get more stamina or magicka.
June 2015Straight from 1.6.5 patch notes
"Synergy abilities now scale off your highest stats that are either stamina or magicka based.
Ultimates and Synergy abilities now always scale of your highest Critical Strike stat instead of just your Spell Critical Strike.
Abilities that cost magicka will now always scale off your magicka, spell damage, and spell critical strike stats.
Abilities that cost stamina will now always scale off your stamina, weapon damage, and weapon critical strike stats."
Meaning. Ults scale off stam or magicka. The higher stat is chosen. Once that is set, it will scall off spell or weapon crit and damage depending on which of the two resource pools were chosen. This is also 100% apparent if you just play with your state in game and watch ability numbers >.> Do not spread misinformation if you are clearly unable to read.
Edit: Notes themselves are deceptive, testing shows magicka and stam. It seems the patch notes failed to detail that fully.

If you are going to be a community ambassador, educate yourself on the game FFS >.> Educate includes testing and not merely hoping that the notes are right. ZOS is pretty good at making errors in patch notes or leaving stuff out.
Thanks for clearing that up, it makes more sense now to see it that way. I guess it makes sense to base the scale from the crit because a stam user won't have more spell crit than weapon crit. Though I wonder what it scales from if you have no crit like at the beginning of the game.

Fair enough, my mistake. That's the last time I try to help on anything related to builds, which I couldn't care less about
I'm going back to the Questing and Exploration section

The name “Day Glow” might bring thoughts of fluorescent colors to mind, but don’t be fooled — Merit’s daytime-appropriate highlighting balm is as subtle as it gets. Upon trialing its “Citrine” shade, Kaitlin Cubria, Elite Daily deputy lifestyle, fashion, and beauty editor, says, “It’s less glittery and more natural than a lot of other [highlighters], which I appreciate.” She especially loves its creaminess, which is thanks to the product’s squalane- and olive fruit oil-infused. “Best to use on lighter makeup days so you can really see it in action,” she adds.

1. Jane - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with my stay at Magical Waters Hideaway. The pictures on the website made the place look so magical and serene, but in reality, it was quite run-down and not well-maintained. The room we stayed in was dirty and had a musty smell. The staff was also unhelpful and seemed disinterested in ensuring a pleasant stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
2. Mark - 1 star - I had a terrible experience at Magical Waters Hideaway. The location was nowhere near as secluded and peaceful as advertised. It was right next to a major highway, and the noise was unbearable. The rooms were also very dated and in need of renovation. The worst part was the constant smell of mold in the air. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy disappointment and discomfort.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - I was really looking forward to a relaxing weekend at Magical Waters Hideaway, but it ended up being a letdown. The property was overcrowded, and the noise level was high throughout the day and night. The amenities promised, such as a spa and sauna, were either not available or out of order. The staff was apathetic and lacked professionalism. I expected so much more from this place, and I will not be returning or recommending it to others.
4. Michael - 1 star - Magical Waters Hideaway was a complete disappointment. The rooms were poorly maintained and had a damp feel to them. The advertised lake view was obstructed by trees, making it impossible to enjoy. The supposed complimentary breakfast was minimal and of poor quality. I regretted every moment of my stay and would advise others to steer clear of this place.
