The color was not as advertised, and the overall foliage appeared unhealthy. I tried to give it some time to improve, but after several months, I gave up and decided to remove it from my garden. I would not recommend this particular crape myrtle variety.
2. John - 1/5 stars - The Plum Magic Crape Myrtle I purchased was a letdown. The plant arrived poorly packaged and looked stressed right from the start. Despite my efforts to revive it, the plant eventually died within a few weeks. I also found that the color of the flowers did not match what was shown in the product photos. Overall, it was a waste of time and money, and I won't be purchasing this variety again.
