Living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans which can help with utility bills. Speaking of utility bills, residents are only responsible for electric service and water. The bedrooms are good sized and have great closet space. The property itself has parking for residents, as well as garages that are available to rent for an additional fee. The clubhouse provides residents with a fitness facility and lounge, free wi-fi as well as a game room. You'll love living at Magic Hills.
