It features beloved Disney character Mickey Mouse, who takes children on a magical adventure through a whimsical world. The toy includes a variety of activities to engage kids and promote learning. It comes with a large touch screen that displays colorful pictures and animations. Kids can tap on different objects on the screen to learn about shapes, colors, numbers, and more. One of the highlights of Vtech Mickey Magical Wonderland is the voice recognition feature.

+10 Strength
+10 Intelligence
is +20 omni.

Tornado Shot like other projectile based attacks does not shotgun, however the secondary Projectiles which emit from the tornadoes at the targeted locations do. Eldritch Altars and certain rare monsters can reflect non-damaging ailments you inflict therefore It is important to itemise for this as they can drastically increase the damage you take from all sources or slow your character s action speed substantially.

Crystallised omnisciecne onyx amoulet

One of the highlights of Vtech Mickey Magical Wonderland is the voice recognition feature. Kids can speak to Mickey and have him respond with fun and educational phrases. This not only enhances the interactive experience but also helps develop children's speech and language skills.

need help with crystallised omniscience

so, i hopped into a ranger build that requires crystallised omniscience with having 0 knowledge about it. done with the campaign, got some ok gear for now, and got to the level i could use it at. and then when i equip it i literally can't use anything to my surprise.

i have a hard time understanding things in the first place, but for the most part i manage by just following what build guide i'm going with. i would like to maybe figure out how this works before trashing the character and what i put into it just because it's a little difficult for me.

can someone help explain how it works to me? do i reset all my gems to level 1? how do i get the attributes back to use everything like i could before?

this is the build i am following https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBYly39xFSU

and this is pob for my character https://pastebin.com/EuqZX7uJ

sorry if this ends up sounding incredibly dumb :p

The amulet turns all of your stats (except the ones you started with at Level 1) into a new stat called "Omniscience." All you gear requirements are also turned into omniscience requirements upon putting on the amulet. The bottom line which rolls from 15-25% determines how much omniscience you need to wear stuff (the higher the roll the less you need).

In short, you want to replace most of your gear with gear that has +stats because that's how you build your omniscience stat. You can get rid of all your elemental resistance when getting new gear because the amulet will provide you with a ton of it as long as you are getting lots of stats. Note that each stat line only counts once, so +16 to all attributes will only give you 16 omniscience, not 48.

Most Omni builds wear Black Sun Crest as the helmet because it gives you stats on 3 separate lines. You can get a poorly rolled one fairly cheap. Additionally, I would take the Utmost Swiftness wheel you are pathing right by and a mastery that gives +5 stat per notable (doesn't matter which one). I would also annoint either Utmost Intellect or Utmost Might onto your amulet. If you get a cheap Black Sun Crest and do these other things, you should be able to wear your stuff.

In addition to what TemjinGold said, Mathil talks about omniscience for about 4 and a half minutes in his tornado shot trinity build.

"We tell people that Path of Exile league starts are a fair playing field for everyone, and we need to actually make sure that is the reality."

A BLATANT LIE by the HMFIIC.
Perhaps GGG should consider a leadership change.

The amulet itself comes with a stat 'Attribute requirements are satisfied by % of Omniscience'. It rolls between 15 and 25 afaik and you want a high roll on this stat, at least 24%.

With a perfect roll (25%) you basically need to multiply stat requirements on gear by 4. If a gear piece requires 180 strength and your omni amulet is 25% then you'll need 720 omniscience to equip this piece.

The good part about this system is that attribute requirements are not additive. If your item requires 180 strength AND 170 intelligence (for example) it just checks against the highest number which is 180. So 720 omni is also enough to equip this. This allows to easily circumvent problems other builds often have (lacking some stats and needing to take a +30 notable or a prefix)

As almost everything in POE, this is not communicated well to the player and even your total Omniscience is not clearly shown on character sheet, it's under Misc stats out of all places. Cmon GGG, was it really that hard to make a yellow circle inside your attribute triangle whenever you equip this amulet (that would display your Omni)?

The way you stack Omni is also convoluted and not consistent.
+10 Strength is +10 Omni
+10 Strength and Intelligence is +10 omni
+10 All Attributes is +10 omni

+10 Strength
+10 Intelligence
is +20 omni.

I mean, WTF.
It's a nice item, but do you even playtest your game at this point?
How this even made it through to live league?
And is considered a 'feature' ?!

In short, you want to replace most of your gear with gear that has +stats because that's how you build your omniscience stat. Overall, I would not recommend this toy.
2. Mark - 2/5 stars - While the concept of Vtech Mickey Magical Wonderland was promising, the execution fell flat for me. The toy had limited activities and the interactions were repetitive. Additionally, the sound quality was not great, and the voice of Mickey Mouse sounded distorted and unnatural. Overall, I was very disappointed with this toy, and would not recommend it to other parents.
4. Jason - 2/5 stars - Vtech Mickey Magical Wonderland had potential, but it definitely fell short for me. The graphics and animations were outdated and not very engaging. The activities were repetitive and didn't offer much variety. My child didn't find it very stimulating or enjoyable to play with, and it was quickly forgotten. I would have liked to see more innovative features and better quality overall.
