The Health routine was always the part of the DVD I liked the most. Those of you who can do qigong at work are lucky. I wish I could.

I wish I could do it at work every day but it's weekends and night shift and coworker's cooperation (she's at the station with the computer and I have the crummy winterm with no sound and slow play!)
